Nov 5 Last night we headed to Falmouth for dinner & a movie & the night was gorgeous. As we drove over the little bridge on route 1 into Falmouth I couldn't help but slow down & inspect the night's sky. The moon was up & lighting up a couple of low flying clouds, as well as the water behind the causeway to Mackworth Island. I painted this scene for memory this morning ... sometimes that works for me & sometimes it doesn't ... this time, I think I captured the mood of the night. SOLD
