Nov 4 We still have a few apples from our visit to the orchard & tonight while I was washing my hands at the kitchen sink I realized I hadn't painted any apples & I meant to ... so I dug in. I would have painted a couple of more slices, but as soon as my basset heard me cut into the apple, I had to give him a couple of pieces ... and when I was done painting he got the rest--apples are his favorite!
