Feb 2 Last night was First Friday Artwalk & we had wine, cheese & crackers & sliced kiwi for our guests, but the weather was awful with snow, sleet & freezing rain & we had very few guests. A few neighborhood friends popped to share a glass of wine & snacks which was fun! I kept thinking how beautiful the kiwi were & decided I would set up a kiwi still life today, so here we have it ... a MUCH larger than life Kiwi Love painting, measuring 19x19 inches. I got up early this morning & dove right into the paints with 2 kiwi begging pooches at my side!
