Feb 24 I woke up early & decided I would take the pups on a morning excursion to Kettle Cove. That beach is perfect for their little old legs because it's small, but the scenery is BIG & it gives us all a little something extra special. My intention was to get there to see the sunrise, but we were so early that after 35 minutes in 15 degree weather we had all had enough & instead of enjoying sunrise, we enjoyed day break with the close to full moon still there over the water above Richmond Island. So beautiful--I adore that view. (I am late posting this painting cuz the day jut got away from me!)
