July 13 What a day ... sunshine, big puffy clouds & a little rain to boot, as I discovered while painting under a tree on the Eastern Prom. I worked in my studio all morning & decided I should get outside, so I grabbed my paints & a chair & headed for the prom. I couldn't resist parking myself in front on this home--it's spectacular. I was the only one on the prom facing the houses, everyone else was taking in the ocean view. Either way you look at it, it's a very scenic vista! SOLD
