June 2 Last night I had my studio open for First Friday Artwalk & the energy in the neighborhood was so happy & positive. I woke up feeling so good about my little treasure of a community on Munjoy Hill, I just had to paint the heart of it. Here's a morning view from Congress Street looking up past the Saint Lawrence Church to the Portland Observatory.
