Dec 16 This was my first painting of today--a bright & cheerful sunrise from near the corner of Morning Street & the Eastern Promenade. I had been admiring these birds perched on a wire above, but when I got too close, they took off into the morning sky. Here they are in flight, above the telephone poles, evergreens, fort allen & Casco Bay. What a sight, birds in flight! :-)
