Feb 5 I got up to go to the bathroom around 4 & it sounded like it was pouring rain to me ... so I got back in bed & thought how about how gross my morning walk will be with the dogs in the rain & then I dozed back to sleep. Imagine my surprise when I opened the curtains in the living room to find snow & a complete white out! WOW! I had mentally prepared myself for rain ... so the snow made me HAPPY! Here's a Congress Street snow scene from this morning of one of our neighborhood restaurants, Bar Lola--it really jumped out at me in the dark colors of the morning snow. It still snowing as I type & it's beautiful out.
