I hope you had a good weekend. I certainly did!
We had a visit from a college
friend which is always lots of fun. And it
just so happens that she’s a raw foodie too
so I spent my weekend getting crative in the
kitchen instead of the studio. Today’s painting is of Aran
the dog. He has the most expressive little
eyes. I just want to pick him up &
squeeze him! He’s so cute! WOOF! WOOF!

What a beautiful girl, huh? I have never spent
time with a great dane, but my mom had one when
she was growing up & I have had the pleasure
of painting 2 recently. They are so striking
& from the stories I hear about them they are
