My name is Elizabeth Fraser & I am a painter from Portland, Maine. I started doing 8 square paintings a week on January 15, 2006 & haven't looked back! On the 2nd anniversary of my daily painting project, I decided to switch up my routine a bit & not limit myself to the 5x5 inch oil on paper format that I had followed for 829 paintings ... I will continue on with the square format, but will now work with different sizes, from 5x5 to 30x30. Each painting is available for sale directly from this site for 1 week & then it goes into my e-bay store. My daily commission pieces will continue to be 5x5 inch, oil on paper paintings, matted to a standard size of 11x14 for $75 plus $5 shipping.

We took a morning hike up Blue Hill Mountain &
the view was lovely! You could see islands &
islands & the ocean line horizon melted into the
sky.
Sorry for the delayed postings ... I did a 2 day
encaustics workshop in Biddeford with Diane Bowie Zaitlin & couldn't
squeeze everything in timely fashion. :-) I had a
ball & look forward to playing some more with
wax! :-)
